We are about a mile by auto from the best beaches on Maui.Our Guest cottage is located in Kihei \ Wailea on the sunny side of the island. Our home is nestled on a half acre at the top of Maui Meadows in a quiet neighborhood where the days are warm and the nights are cool.Our property is in front of the slopes of Haleakala . There are no street lights so you can treat yourselves to beautiful evenings just perfect for star gazing. The grounds include many fruit and tropical trees and plants. There is also a Water Fall with frogs, fish and beautiful Aquatic plants.

All of our guests are invited to use our pool, jacuzzi, barbecue facilities, and outside teak tables and chairs to relax and enjoy.

Just minutes away are the white sand beaches of Kihei, Wailea, and Makena, known all over the world for their beauty and excellent snorkeling.

There are 4 championship golf courses within a 5 mile radius of Eva Villa ( Wailea Gold, Wailea Emerald, Wailea Blue and Maui Nui).

We are also 5-10 minutes away from six major hotels with beautiful grounds and fine cuisine.

10 minute drive to Kihei shopping area with many shops and three large grocery stores.

We spend time upon arrival to get you familiar with the local Island attractions that Maui has to offer and please note we do have respect for our guest privacy. Also we include our "fun things " to do which is 10 pages of restaurants and activities for our guests to enjoy. (this is sent via email prior to your arrival and we have a copy in the cottage so there is no need to copy it and bring it with you.

Our neighborhood is Maui Meadows it is one of the safest neighborhoods on Maui...all accommodations safely lock and Our property also has a perimeter security system....We are located above Wailea..There are no street lights so it is perfect to star gaze late at night on your outside lenai . If you like early morning walks our neighborhood is a perfect setting. If you look behind your cottage, You will see the Haleakala Volcano.

Although we are located a little more than a mile to Maui's great beaches...a car is a must.
